Fantasy Medieval Festival 2025
When History Meets the Magical…
The Château de Combourg and the Vikings and Knights Association invite you on a journey beyond time, where historical epic meets enchanted legend. Building on the success of its first edition, the Medieval Festival returns on May 3rd and 4th, this time with an added fantastical twist. For two days, the grounds of this famous romantic fortress will transform into a kingdom populated by knights, Vikings, magical artisans, and legendary creatures.
Travel through the ages in medieval and Scandinavian camps: blacksmithing and combat demonstrations, ancient crafts, forgotten knowledge, magical tales, and weapons training for all ages.
Wander through a fairy-tale market featuring over 40 passionate artisans: pagan jewelry, adventurer clothing, elven pottery, leather goods, fantasy books, herbalism, and magical-inspired decorations—countless treasures in an extraordinary setting.
Feel the excitement of live performances: ancient music, fire juggling, epic games, storytelling for both children and adults, escape games, and a “young knight’s course.” A vibrant, joyful, and immersive celebration!
Costumes welcome—capes and chainmail encouraged. Let your imagination run wild!
